At Vintage Vibe Boutique, we will strive to serve all customers to the best of our ability. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to improve your experience.
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you’ve received a defective item contact our customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can promptly correct your order.
Here are the rules and procedures we follow for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent by email. We will not issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date in which it was shipped from Vintage Vibe Boutique.
- All merchandise purchased at a discounted price is FINAL and there will be no returns.
- Returned items may not be washed or worn, and all tags must still be attached and accompany each item.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (Please mark and indicate the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake by Vintage Vibe Boutique.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by Vintage Vibe Boutique.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day time frame.
Unfortunately, we have a limited number of each style featured on the site and, because of this, exchanges are not guaranteed. However, Vintage Vibe Boutique will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as time permits. If your size is available once you receive the email, you can use your new gift card to replace the original item.
We know that ordering things online can be tricky. Since you can’t feel, or try items on, we will do our best to be very accommodating with returns. However, there are guidelines that must be followed in accordance to our procedures.
- Any items purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags, including attached tags from Vintage Vibe Boutique.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returns can seem to be time consuming and a big hassle. For that reason we have included some instructions below to simplify this process:
Just fill out the return form included with your order and insert it into the package with your original receipt and item(s) you are returning. We’ll handle the rest. Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive your package, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as possible. Allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Gift Cards (Store Credit)
Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card, sent to you via email. If you have any questions please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
- If you’re interested in an item that totals more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
- Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
- Your use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happen and orders need to be changed or cancelled. This is not a problem if we are contacted within a reasonable time frame. Once we process your order (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
If you have submitted your order, and then, see another that you can’t live without, we may be able to help. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place another order for the new item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at email@example.com and include both order numbers in your message.
